At Help-A-Heart CPR Academy, LLC, we are committed to providing convenient, reliable, and professional CPR and healthcare training services. Because our classes require advance scheduling, instructor preparation, classroom resources, and reserved seating, the following policy applies to all class registrations and payments.

1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable:
   All payments made for CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Bloodborne Pathogens, OSHA, HIPAA, and other training services are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise expressly approved by Help-A-Heart CPR Academy, LLC.
   Once a class registration and payment have been completed, the payment cannot be refunded simply because a participant changes their mind, is unable to attend the originally scheduled class, or no longer needs the certification.
2. Rescheduling Is Allowed:
   We understand that schedules can change.
   Participants may reschedule their class as many times as necessary at no additional rescheduling charge, subject to available class dates and times.
   The amount paid will remain as a credit toward the participant’s training, rather than being refunded.
3. How to Reschedule:
   To reschedule, the participant should contact Help-A-Heart CPR Academy, LLC before their scheduled class or as soon as reasonably possible if an unexpected circumstance prevents attendance.
   Rescheduling is subject to available class dates and times.
4. Missed Classes / No-Shows:
   If a participant misses their scheduled class, the payment is not forfeited. The participant may contact Help-A-Heart CPR Academy, LLC to select another available class date.
   However, the participant must complete the required training before receiving any applicable course completion card or certification.
5. Class Changes or Cancellations by Help-A-Heart CPR Academy:
   If Help-A-Heart CPR Academy, LLC must cancel or substantially change a scheduled class, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the participant with another available class date.
   If we are unable to provide a reasonable alternative, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
6. Course Completion and Certification:
   Payment for a class does not guarantee certification. Participants must successfully complete all course requirements established for the applicable course.
   Failure to successfully complete the required course requirements does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
7. No Returns:
   Because our services consist of scheduled training and certification services, there are no physical products to return and no returns or exchanges are offered.
8. Payment Disputes:
   If you have a question or concern regarding a payment or registration, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve legitimate concerns.
9. Acceptance of This Policy:
   By registering for a class and submitting payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
